Before work: Scope, price, anticipated turnaround, files to be delivered, and any special requirements must be agreed upon. Changes outside the agreed scope may require new charges or a revised deadline, with approval before proceeding.
Included revisions: Make It Mine includes 1 reasonable revision round. Modify This Form includes 2. Full Custom Build includes 2 unless otherwise quoted. Review the completed proof and request revisions or approve within 3 business days; an unanswered project may leave the active queue.
Timelines: Targets start only once usable information, scope, price, and payment requirements are met. Rush jobs are considered individually based on availability and may cost extra.
Standard forms are paid at checkout. Make It Mine and Modify This Form are paid in full before work. Full Custom Build requires 50% down, with the remaining balance due before release of final files and ownership rights.
Once approved custom work begins, payments attributable to work performed or started are generally non-refundable under the agreed terms. If canceled, the customer may remain responsible for work already performed; any remaining balance depends on the scope and approved cancellation terms.
After 3 business days without a response to a proof, FULLGRIT may move the project out of the active queue. After 14 calendar days of inactivity, the project may be marked inactive. Resumption may require a new timeline and scope reconfirmation.
Existing FULLGRIT forms—Standard, Make It Mine, and Modify This Form—remain FULLGRIT intellectual property. Buyers receive a non-exclusive license for their own business operations, not rights to resell or redistribute the template.
Genuine Full Custom Builds: After final payment, ownership of the finished custom document transfers to the customer as agreed. FULLGRIT retains pre-existing templates, branding, shield logo, slogan, and other pre-existing assets. Customer-supplied logos and original content remain theirs.
Customers must own or have permission to supply reference materials. FULLGRIT may refuse unlicensed reproductions or requests to directly copy competitors' proprietary designs; references may inform information needs without duplicating the design.
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, numbers, contact details, wording, pricing, instructions and required disclosures in proofs before use. FULLGRIT designs paperwork; it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, safety-engineering, regulatory, or professional-compliance advice.
Do not send unnecessary sensitive data such as SSNs, passwords, or banking credentials. Only share information needed to design your documents. Where law or trade requirements matter, seek review from an appropriately qualified professional.
