Purchase & Custom Services Terms

Last reviewed: Pending owner review

This page describes FULLGRIT's standard forms and custom document requests. Approved written project quotes may contain additional specific terms.

Standard forms

A standard single form costs $7 total without customization. Bundles have individually listed prices. Actual digital files supplied are described on each product listing; checkout and delivery are handled through Gumroad.

Make It Mine — $17 total

Includes the original $7 form and basic business logo/contact placement, with the existing structure unchanged. Target 2–3 business days after usable materials and full payment; includes one reasonable revision round.

Modify This Form — $27 total

Includes the original form and reasonable edits to its fields, wording, or sections while using the existing FULLGRIT form as the foundation. Target 3–5 business days after usable materials, scope approval and full payment; includes two reasonable revision rounds.

Full Custom Build — $70+ starting price

Substantial redesigns, reconstruction, or new documents are quoted after scope review. There is no fixed maximum. Production starts after an approved quote, usable materials and a 50% deposit; the remaining 50% is due before final production files and agreed ownership rights are released. Typical target 5–7 business days, with larger projects separately estimated; two reasonable revisions unless stated otherwise.

Project scope and source materials

Reference images, forms, notes and instructions must be clear and usable. FULLGRIT does not guess from illegible or incomplete materials. Extensive interpretation, reconstruction, or changes outside an approved scope may require a higher-tier quote or revised delivery date. Rush work is offered only when accepted and quoted.

Review window and inactivity

Customers have three business days to approve a supplied proof or request included revisions. An unanswered project may move out of the active queue. After fourteen calendar days of inactivity, a project may be marked inactive; restarting may require a new schedule and scope reconfirmation.

Cancellations and payment

After work on an approved custom project begins, amounts attributable to authorized work already undertaken are generally nonrefundable, subject to applicable law, platform rules and the specific agreement. Payment obligations for substantially completed or canceled work depend on the agreed project scope.

Ownership and permitted use

Existing FULLGRIT form templates, including personalized or modified versions, remain FULLGRIT intellectual property. Buyers obtain non-exclusive permission to use them for their own business, not to resell, sublicense, redistribute, or republish as templates. A genuinely original Full Custom Build belongs to the customer after final payment, subject to the agreed quote; prior FULLGRIT intellectual property is excluded. Editable source/design files are not included unless specifically agreed.

Customer-provided materials and proof approval

Customers represent they own or have permission to submit their reference materials. FULLGRIT does not directly duplicate proprietary competitor designs. Customers must carefully review their final documents for accurate information and business-specific requirements before use.

Professional boundaries

FULLGRIT provides document design, not legal, tax, accounting, safety engineering or regulatory-compliance advice or certification. Buyers should confirm applicable business requirements and seek qualified professional guidance where needed.
